Three years of P&L, three years of tax returns, current balance sheet, year-to-date financials, and a normalized SDE worksheet.

Operational documents

Lease agreement, equipment list with values, inventory list with values, vendor contracts, customer contracts (if assignable), and standard operating procedures.

Legal & compliance

Business licenses, insurance certificates, any pending litigation disclosures, and confirmation that all permits are current.
