Refund Policy

Paid valuation reports and listing packages are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the deliverables have not yet been downloaded or delivered.

Structured preparation packages are eligible for a partial refund prior to the generation and delivery of seller materials. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew the following billing period.
